1. What Voltage.bike is

Voltage.bike operates two things: the Voltage Market, where we sell products directly to you, and the Classifieds, where members list items and deal with each other. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Classifieds — we're the venue, not a party

• Classifieds sales are between the buyer and the seller. Voltage.bike is not a party to those transactions, does not process payment for them, does not hold funds, and does not guarantee any item, seller, or buyer.
• You are responsible for verifying items and counterparties before paying. We strongly recommend PayPal Goods & Services and the practices in our safety guide.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and yours to sell. Prohibited: stolen goods, counterfeit items, items you don't possess, and anything illegal to sell in your jurisdiction.
• We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or ban users at our discretion to keep the marketplace safe — including reported, suspicious, or policy-violating content.

3. Voltage Market purchases

• Items in the Voltage Market are sold by Voltage.bike. Prices, availability, and shipping timelines are shown at checkout; payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect). E-bike batteries with broken safety seals cannot be returned.
• Manufacturer warranties apply where stated on the product page.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy or sell.
• Keep your credentials private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Ban evasion via new accounts is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

No harassment, spam, scraping at abusive rates, malware, attempts to bypass security, or use of the messaging system for anything other than genuine buying and selling. Deals should stay in Voltage messages until completed — it protects everyone.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos and text. By posting, you grant Voltage.bike a license to display and promote your listings on the site and in marketing for the site. Don't post content you don't have rights to.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltage.bike disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from classifieds transactions between members. For Voltage Market purchases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
